Warranty terms and conditions
All items purchased from SIA Outfish are covered by a 1 year warranty.
Your receipt or invoice, serves as your warranty card.
Warranty covers damage caused by a manufacturing defect or raw material quality. You can invoke the warranty by contacting us using contact information on the website.
Return the product together with the warranty card and documents confirming the payment of the product to our store at Bukultu Street 11, Riga, Latvia, LV 1005.
Free warranty repair or product exchange will be carried out, according to manufacturer's rules.
To avoid misunderstandings, please read the product manual carefully.
Terms of warranty:
- the warranty doesn't cover mechanical damage, scratches or other damage caused by careless use;
- the warranty doesn't cover product design elements;
- the manufacturer has the right to refuse the warranty, if there are visible traces of unqualified attempts at repair;
- the warranty doesn't cover damage caused by fires, floods, earthquakes and other natural disasters;
- warranty only applies to product for which the customer can provide a receipt.
These warranty conditions are in compliance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law.
Cancelation of order
You can cancel your order at any time before payment. And within 14 days after delivery, you can return a product to Outfish store.
This is provided for by Latvian legal provisions regulating distance selling.

It is necessary to complete the return document. The customer informs the company Outfish about the return by email writing to info@outfish.lv indicating the return object and order number.

If you decide to return a product you can do it within 14 days.

We expect that in this case you will only try the product on, and if the size or color or something else does not fit, then you will return it in the same condition as you received it, including the packaging.

We strive to ensure that all orders shipped, contain items in perfect condition.

If, however, you find a technical defect or defect in the purchased item (Warranty terms), you can send it back to the store after coordination with us (write an e-mail, attaching pictures). In this case, you have the right to request a replacement of the product or a refund.
Refund

Company Outfish undertakes to return the full value of the goods by one bank transfer to the buyer's bank account no later than 30 (thirty) calendar days from the day when the Consumer sends out the returned goods return document.

On returning a product, it will be checked, which may take up to 10 business days.

If the product has been returned in the same condition as received, the refund will be issued immediately.
