Sleeping bag Fjord Nansen STAVOY 2.0 LEFT is a sapphire rectangular synthetic bag for warm season camping, with EKO LOFT hollowfiber insulation, a 290T Polyester Pongee lining and room for users up to 200 cm. Its distinct ratings are T comfort 6°C, T limit 1°C and T extreme −10°C.

Room to Move

The rectangular envelope shape provides more freedom of movement than a conventional mummy bag. Fjord Nansen gives this model approximately 5 cm more width than its standard fit. The updated 290T Polyester Pongee lining feels softer against the skin; its redesigned transport bag takes inspiration from the Profi collection.

Insulation and Durable Shell

EKO LOFT hollowfiber combines different fibre diameters for insulation, according to the manufacturer. The outer 210T ripstop polyester uses reinforcing threads to improve fabric durability. An insulated zip baffle helps limit heat loss along the opening.

Thoughtful Sleeping Bag Construction

The left side two way zip opens from the top or bottom for access and ventilation. Anti Bite fabric guards run along both sides of the zip to reduce snagging. The 3D hood wraps around the head. Duo adjustment uses elastic at the front of the neck so a hand can come out without loosening it, and a tape adjustment at the back or hood for separate night time control. The bag cannot be joined to another sleeping bag.

Packing and Small Details

An inner pocket holds small valuables; a branded zip pull is easy to find. Hanging loops make drying easier. An included compression sack reduces the space the bag takes in luggage.

Temperature Ratings and Test Information

Fjord Nansen states the thermal figures were estimated from laboratory tests of its other sleeping bag models. The manufacturer explains the EN 23537 temperature categories: T comfort guides a standard woman or someone who feels the cold; T limit refers to a standard man's lowest comfortable sleeping temperature. T extreme is a survival threshold with hypothermia risk, not a buying target. Personal warmth varies with fatigue, food, age and other factors.
