We want you to love your gear. If not, you can start a return within 14 days from the delivery date.
Free returns for orders over €100. 

How to start a return

After you apply

We’ll confirm your request by email and send step-by-step return instructions. If your order qualifies for a free return, we’ll email you a prepaid return label.

Preparing the item

• Condition: unused, original condition and packaging, with all tags, accessories, and documentation.
• Packing: pack securely. If you’re returning without our label, use a trackable shipping method.

Return shipping costs

• Orders over €100: free return (prepaid label provided by us).
• Orders up to €100: return shipping is covered by the customer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you the approval status. Approved refunds are issued by bank transfer within 5 business days.

• Refund amount: for orders over €100, we refund the item price including the initial shipping cost. For orders up to €100, the initial shipping cost is deducted.

Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or product? Start a return and note the desired exchange item.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days with your order number, description, and photos. We’ll arrange a return label and offer a replacement (subject to availability) or a full refund.

Order cancellation

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll cancel and refund it. If it has already shipped, please follow the standard return process.
