Return and Refund Policy

At Outfish, we prioritize your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return within 14 days from the delivery date.

How to Start the Return Process

    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • Photos of the item (if damaged or defective)

Confirmation and Return Instructions After receiving your request, our team will send you a return confirmation and instructions.

Preparing the Item for Return

  • Secure Packaging: Ensure the item is in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and documentation.
  • Shipping the Item: Choose a trackable shipping method and send the item to:
    • Store: Cēsu Street 18, Riga
    • Parcel Lockers:
      • Omniva: Barona Quarter, Cēsu Street 31, Riga
      • DPD: Krišjāņa Valdemāra Street 62a, Riga

Return Shipping Costs

  • Orders over €100: Free returns; we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
  • Orders up to €100: The customer covers return shipping costs.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed via bank transfer within 5 business days.

  • Refund Amount: For orders over €100, we refund the item price including initial shipping costs. For orders under €100, initial shipping costs are deducted from the refund amount.

Exchanges To exchange for another size, color, or product, follow the standard return process and indicate the desired exchange item.

Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt, providing the order number, description of the damage, and photos. We will provide return instructions and offer a full refund or replacement based on availability.

Non-Returnable Items Please note that thermal wear, socks, and gift cards are non-returnable.

Order Cancellation To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a refund. If the order has already been shipped, please follow the standard return process.
