They can withstand a static load of over 12 kN, i.e. approximately 1200 kg!

Why are our carabiners so durable?

Well, we don't really know what you'll use them for, but we do know that these carabiners can take a beating.

OK, but why? – the secret lies in the delicate T-shaped cross-section and high-quality aluminum, as well as truly meticulous craftsmanship.

Most lightweight hammock carabiners we know of can withstand a load of around 5 kN (about 500 kg). Our carabiners can even withstand that much across the rope :-)

These dimensions and the velvety texture make them comfortable to use, even when wearing gloves.

The classic, tapered D-shaped shape used in climbing carabiners is simply the proven, most comfortable shape to use. That's why we use it in our carabiners as well.

Even in the dark or other unfavorable conditions, the carabiner fits in the hand so that it can be easily used.

It allows you to conveniently attach it to almost all handles and slings designed for hammocks.

The carefully rounded edges are designed not only to make them pleasant to hold in your hand (though also ), but above all to prevent them from getting caught on the hammock, ropes and straps to which they are attached.

Their compact size and low weight make them suitable for even the most demanding ultralight pilots.

You can have them by purchasing one of our hammocks with carabiners (which we recommend, because it gives you a nice hammock) or separately.
