Buying procedure

  1. Select Products: Browse the webshop and choose the products you want to purchase.

  2. Add to Cart: Click the "Add to Cart" or "Buy Now" button next to each product you wish to purchase. This adds the selected items to your virtual shopping cart.

  3. View Cart: Once you've added all the desired items, click on the "Cart" or "Checkout" button. This will take you to your shopping cart, where you can review your selected products.

  4. Proceed to Checkout: Click on the "Proceed to Checkout" or similar button to begin the checkout process.

  5. Billing Information: Enter your billing information, including your name, address, and contact details.

  6. Payment Method: Select "Paysera" or Paypal as your preferred payment method from the list of available options.

  7. Redirect to Paysera or Paypal payment system: Once you choose, you'll be redirected to the Paysera or Paypal payment gateway.

  8. Paysera Account/Login: If you have a Paysera/Paypal account, log in. If not, you can usually choose to proceed as a guest.

  9. Payment Authorization: Follow the prompts to authorize the payment. You might need to provide additional security details, such as a one-time verification code.

  10. Payment Confirmation: After confirming the payment, you will receive a payment confirmation from Paysera/Paypal by email.

  11. Return to Webshop: You'll likely be redirected back to the webshop's order confirmation page, where you can see your order details.

  12. Order Confirmation: The Outfish webshop will also send you an order confirmation email with the details of your purchase.

  13. Delivery: The Outfish webshop will process your order and arrange for the delivery of your purchased items to your specified address.

  14. Enjoy Your Purchase: Once your items arrive, you can enjoy your new products from the Outfish webshop!

Conditions for purchasing a product on hire purchase

  • Hire purchase period 3-72 months
  • Amount 50 -10 000 €
  • Early repayment in full is free of charge
  • Make a down payment if needed
  • The customer is not younger than 18 years
  • Monthly income is at least EUR 350 after taxes
  • Positive credit history
  • The hire purchase amount is determined according to the borrower's income and the amount of existing obligation
  • For purchases over 1400 € - the mandatory down payment is 10%
  • The service is available only to physical persons.


Bank transfer

Payment for the goods can be made by transferring funds to the bank account of SIA Outfish, based on a prepared invoice. 

  1. Proceed to Checkout: After reviewing your cart, click the "Proceed to Checkout" to initiate the checkout process.

  2. Billing Information: Enter your billing information, which usually includes your name, shipping address, and contact details.

  3. Payment Method: As you move through the checkout process, you'll come to the payment options. Look for the "Payment by Invoice"  and select it.

  4. Place Order: Once you've selected the payment by invoice option, proceed to place your order. This action confirms your purchase and generates an order within the SIA Outfish system.

  5. Invoice Generation: After placing your order, the SIA Outfish staff will generate an invoice based on your purchase. This invoice will include the details of the products you've selected, the total amount to be paid, and the necessary payment information.

  6. Invoice Delivery: The generated invoice will be sent to the email address you provided. You'll receive an email containing the invoice as an attachment or a link to download it.

  7. Bank Transfer: Review the invoice details, including the total amount due and the bank account information provided for making the payment. Use this information to initiate a bank transfer from your own bank account to the specified SIA Outfish bank account.

  8. Order Processing: SIA Outfish will receive the payment and confirm its receipt. Once the payment is verified, the webshop will process your order for shipment.

  9. Delivery: Your order will be shipped to your specified address. Depending on the chosen shipping method and location, the delivery time may vary.

  10. Enjoy Your Purchase: Once your order arrives, you can enjoy the products you've purchased from SIA Outfish!
