Lowrance Eagle 4x Fish Finder with Bullet Skimmer
Lowrance Eagle 4x with Bullet Skimmer — Compact 4-inch Fish Finder
Manufacturer SKU: 000-16110-001. The Lowrance Eagle 4x is a compact, easy-to-operate sonar fish finder for small boats, kayaks and anglers who want to monitor depth and fish activity without a complex chartplotter. Its portrait-oriented 4-inch display is designed to fit narrow helm or kayak mounting areas. This package includes the Bullet Skimmer transducer.
Key advantages
- Space-saving portrait display: 4-inch format fits compact cockpits and kayak setups.
- Conventional sonar: reliable depth tracking, fish-target echoes and underwater bottom contours.
- Wide sonar coverage: the supplied Bullet Skimmer is designed for wide cone-angle returns beneath the boat.
- Autotuning sonar: adjusts key settings automatically for simpler operation.
- IPS screen: clear visibility in daylight and across wider viewing angles, including with polarized sunglasses.
- Twist-lock connector: secure and straightforward connection in a compact installation.
How the Eagle 4x sonar works
Conventional sonar sends pulses into the water and displays echoes from fish, the bottom and underwater structure. As the boat moves, sonar information scrolls across the screen, providing a continuous history of what has passed beneath the transducer. For small vessels, Eagle 4x provides essential sonar information without requiring a large console display.
Differences from Eagle chartplotter models
Eagle 4x is primarily a sonar-only unit and is not equivalent to Eagle 5, 7 and 9 GPS chartplotters. Do not expect integrated chart navigation, SideScan, DownScan Imaging, FishReveal or live forward sonar on the Eagle 4x. For detailed structure imaging and cartography, select a suitable higher Eagle configuration.
