Delivery times

  • 1–3 business days if the item is in our store.
  • 3–4 business days if the item is in our warehouse.
  • 3–5 business days if the item is marked “on order”.
  • 5–8 business days for deliveries elsewhere in Europe.

We send tracking information by email after dispatch.

Kayaks & oversized items

We deliver kayaks only in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia. Kayak shipping is quoted individually. Standard free-delivery thresholds do not apply to kayaks or oversized items. Contact us for a delivery quote.

Returns

For online consumer purchases, you may withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods. For orders over €100, we provide a prepaid standard return label. Read our refund policy.
