The Optimum TS is an electric downrigger for controlled-depth trolling, with a white saltwater-oriented construction, stainless-steel spool and telescopic 316-grade stainless-steel boom. Its colour screen combines depth control with wireless operation of a network of up to four Optimum downriggers.

Features and practical use
- Store five preset depths and recall the depth used for the last catch.
- Depth Cycle raises and lowers the weight between selected depths and time intervals.
- Auto Up retrieves one weight or a group of connected downriggers; Soft Stop and Short Stop help control the end of retrieval.
- Waterline Zero stops the weight at a chosen distance below the surface.
- Positive Ion Control provides adjustable electrical control at the downrigger cable.
- Compatible Humminbird integration and the Cannon mobile app provide additional control options.
Compatibility and installation
Bottom Tracking needs a compatible transducer, available separately; it is not enabled by a depth counter alone.
Fish Hawk X4D or Lithium Ultra equipment is required for depth, temperature and speed readings at the weight. These systems are separate purchases.
Humminbird control requires a compatible model and appropriate network setup. Check the boat's mounting surface, power installation and safe weight clearance before fitting.
